Financial Controller

We are building and improving our group finance functions for our 1,800-employee size company and are now seeking two skilled and proactive Financial Controllers to join our finance team in a fast-paced, international, subscription-based business.

You will be based in Budapest at MiniCRM headquarters but be a part of our Financial Controller team which is split across this location and Copenhagen and together you will assist the entire group and take full ownership over the financial reporting output across all entities in the wider group.one globally.

What you will be working on
From our Budapest office, you will play an important role in managing and developing the financial controlling processes across our group functions, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and consistency.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Financial Reporting Accuracy: Prepare and validate P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements, ensuring data integrity and clear documentation of key movements.
• Entity Financial Controlling: Manage end-to-end financial controlling with your colleagues across our entities, ensuring accurate, timely, and complete reporting in line with group requirements.
• Month-End Close: Contact-point for accounting team for the month-end close, and operational review including accruals, provisions and select risk areas.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in controlling processes, tools, and templates to drive standardization and automation across the group.
• ERP Development and Roll-Out: Contribute to the ongoing development and roll-out of the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring correct configuration and smooth adoption for finance processes.
• Integration of New Entities: Support the onboarding and financial integration of newly acquired entities, ensuring alignment with group structures and policies.
• Internal Controls and Governance: Strengthen internal controls, documentation, and compliance with accounting policies and group governance frameworks.
