FINANCIAL CONTROLLER (3869)

• Oversee and improve the financial controlling system, ensuring accurate monitoring of production data to support business decision-making processes.
• Support monthly and annual financial closings, including cost calculations, variance analysis, and preparation of financial reports.
• Monitor key financial KPIs, analyze variances, and report on metrics such as productivity, scrap rates, material usage, and operational performance.
• Provide financial analysis for investment projects, including ROI, CAPEX, and OPEX calculations.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and other departments to support decision-making processes and improve overall operational efficiency.

• A degree in Economics (preferably in Finance),
• Relevant experience in a financial controlling role, with experience in an international environment considered an advantage,
• Strong expertise in Excel and ERP systems,
• Analytical mindset, systems thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving,
• Proficiency in English (business level).
