Responsibilities
- Overseeing all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures
- Managing the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Coordinating and leading the annual audit process
- Collaborating with other departments to support overall business objectives
- Monitoring and managing cash flow ensuring adequate liquidity for operations
- Evaluating and managing financial risks
- Providing strategic financial insights to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience as a Finance Controller or Senior Accountant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficiency in financial software and tools such as ERP systems and Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
