Responsibilities

Prepare monthly management reports (revenue, cost, and profit analysis).
Provide key financial indicator (KPI) analysis.
Responsible for tracking, analyzing, and controlling all company costs.
Preparing cost budgets and conducting actual vs. budget variance analysis.
Analyzing the causes of cost fluctuations and proposing cost reduction suggestions.
Supporting business departments in cost optimization and decision analysis.
Supporting cash plan.

Requirements

Degree in Economics or Finance.
3 years of financial experience (including accounting/bookkeeping experience).
Experience in cost control and/or cash flow planning is a plus.
Proficient in Hungarian and English, with strong communication and analytical skills.
Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience preferred.

Nice-to-have

Solid accounting background to support business decision-making.
Work experience in the manufacturing industry or multinational corporations.

As a global leader in the automotive glass industry, we serve top-tier clients such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen Group, and Stellantis. We will produce hundreds of thousands of automotive glass pieces monthly to supply the European market.
