Financial controller

The Radisson Collection Hotel, Basilica Budapest, a 5-star luxury hotel, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Financial Controller to join its Hotel Management Team. This role is a key position within the organization, contributing directly to the strategic and profitable operation of the hotel.
Working closely with the General Manager and Heads of Departments, the Financial Controller oversees all financial activities of the hotel, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and alignment with Radisson Hotel Group standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and control the hotel’s monthly closing, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring complete, accurate, and timely financial information
• Review monthly operating results and support the General Manager and leadership team in analyzing performance and making well-informed business decisions
• Ensure the integrity of local financial information in compliance with local legislation and applicable reporting standards (IFRS and GAAP)
• Manage and report on all legal, audit, corporate tax, and indirect tax matters related to the hotel
• Ensure all financial processes are executed in line with Radisson Hotel Group standards and relevant stakeholder agreements
• Act as the primary liaison between Radisson Hotel Group and the external accounting service provider, ensuring effective communication and alignment
• Coordinate and support the activities of outsourced accounting partners
• Ensure effective risk management through internal audit processes and insurance compliance
