Performing the full range of fincial controller activities of the Company
Supervision of financial processes and regulations, planning and managing of the Company's financial operation
Defining strategic goals and the necessary performance enhancing developments together with the management
Proposing to provide the capital needed to operate, control the efficient use of cash
Preparation of investment and financial decisions, participation in operational and strategic decision making
Analysis of the Company's financial data, evaluation of the organization's performance and financial position
Participating in business and financial planning, following and supervising plans, preparing reports on these
Establishment and supervision of internal financial processes and procedures
Liaison with authorities, banks and relevant departments of the parent company
Ensuring legal operations, compliance with accounting and tax legislations
Supporting management with appropriate information, preparing financial statements, preparing and auditing budgets and annual reports
Treasury activity support, management of bank account rights and foreign exchange operations
Sending monthly and ad-hoc reports to the parent company
Liaison with the external accounting firm
