Feladatok

Ownership and review of monthly P&L
Financial postings
Review of Month-End Close packages
Investigation, analysis, and explanation of financial variances in partnership with Financial BPs
Preparation and posting of reclassifications and other journal entries
Review of Purchase Price Variances and collaboration with procurement to resolve discrepancies
Management of VAT processes including preparation, submission, payment initiation, and documentation in BlackLine
Monthly Balance Sheet reviews (accruals, prepayments) in collaboration with the GL Specialist
Approval of balance sheet reconciliations for accruals and prepayments
Support of SOX compliance activities including fixed asset counts and overhead/labour rate updates
Preparation of statistical and regulatory reports

Elvárások

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Working knowledge of accounting and Finance processes
Proven track record of conducting reporting and analysis
Experience working with ERP systems
Analytical mindset with ability to navigate complex financial data and adapt to changing business needs
Ability to transform numerical data into business insight
Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
