Responsibilities

Support monthly management reporting close by cleansing, validating, and consolidating data from diverse sources
Own procure-to-pay monitoring for assigned entities including tracking requests and payments and ensuring audit/tax/reporting documentation compliance
Maintain financial data integrity across complex Google Sheets models
Build high-quality reports and presentations for leadership
Partner with stakeholders to gather timely inputs for short-term forecasting cycles
Prepare supporting calculations and incorporate them into reporting and forecasting
Optimize processes by identifying data pain points and supporting implementation of scalable solutions

Requirements

Experience in finance with deep understanding of core financial statements under IFRS
Experience working with ERP systems
Exceptional attention to detail for AP process with high accuracy
Basic understanding of financial documentation such as invoices, contracts, and closing documents
Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills for complex tables and models
Excellent PowerPoint skills for executive-level decks with storytelling and charts
Proactive mindset for improving and streamlining finance processes
Outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders
Fluency in English written and spoken

Procurement software experience
Basic PowerBI experience
