Responsibilities
- Financial analysis such as cash flow, P&L, and NPV to support real estate transactions for occupiers
- Building and testing models for decision-making support on business and real-estate strategies
- Liaising with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Preparing and presenting reports to senior management and clients
- Managing projects on a day-to-day basis and presenting findings to senior client stakeholders
- Participating in business development by providing new opportunities and products
- Creating bespoke analysis and tools to answer client-specific requirements
- Building, maintaining and updating financial models
- Participating in meetings with stakeholders
- Participating in financial template development projects
- Consolidating data sources into standard templates
Requirements
- BSC or BA degree in economic or a quantitative subject
- Professional English language skills
- Strong Excel and modelling skills
- Familiarity with Power Point
- Excellent communication in English
- Great attention to detail, diligence and focus
- Proactive learning and self-improvement
- Commitment and ability to work to deadlines, prioritise and juggle tasks
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
Nice-to-have
- Previous experience in developing and maintaining complex models
- VBA or other programming language knowledge
