Responsibilities
Financial analysis such as Cash Flow, P&L, and NPV to support real estate transactions for occupiers
Building and testing models to provide decision-making support on business and real-estate strategies
Liaising with clients to develop understanding of their needs and requirements
Preparing and presenting reports to senior management and clients
Managing projects on a day to day basis and presenting findings to senior client stakeholders
Participating in Business Development by providing new opportunities and products
Creating bespoke analysis and tools to answer client’s specific requirements
Building, maintaining and updating financial models
Participating in meetings with stakeholders
Participating in financial template development projects
Consolidating data sources into standard templates

Requirements
BSC or BA degree in Economic or a quantitative subject
Professional English language skills
Strong Excel and modelling skills
Familiarity with Power Point
Excellent communication in English
Great attention to detail, diligence and focus
Proactive learning and self-improvement
Commitment and ability to work to deadlines, prioritise and juggle tasks
Strong problem solving and organizational skills
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
Professional English language skills

Familiarity with Power Point
Excellent communication in English
