We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our VOIS Finance team in Hungary. This role is pivotal in managing financial performance, including cost and revenue management, pricing, and modelling. You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing insights that support decision-making and drive business performance. The position involves managing P&L reporting, ensuring accounting integrity, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Oversee budgeting, cost control, pricing, modelling, and revenue management.
  • Manage and coordinate the month-end process for the business unit.
  • Produce management information packs, reports, and KPIs with detailed analysis and commentary.
  • Develop forecasts and budgets in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Promote best practices and maintain quality standards across the department.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, supporting strategic decisions.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to changing demands.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and time management.
  • Proactive problem solver with analytical capabilities.
  • Holds a graduate degree and ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP, Hyperion, and business warehouses is desirable.
