Állás leírása

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for legal aspects of the legal entities in Budapest, including ongoing work with lawyers; dealing with contracts with suppliers, employments and other legal matters;
  • Responsibility for all operational aspects of the legal entities in Budapest.
  • Coordination of lessees and building management, maintenance, responsible for opening/closing schedules;
  • Responsibility for HR related issues in accordance with HR JAFI HQ guidelines and Hungarian Laws including ongoing work with accountant.
  • Negotiations with suppliers
  • Performing purchasing for events according to the purchasing needs of the professional unit employees according to procedures.
  • Dealing with price offers, including compliance with internal rules and procedures.
  • Dealing with the tender process, including preparation of tender materials
  • Dealing with estimate for the event, including preparation of estimated costs for event and making sure that there is no deviation from approved budget
  • Responsibility for signing contracts and required documents by all parties
  • Handling of invoices and transaction confirmations for the purpose of local accounting

Requirements

  • BA in economic/ bookkeeping/ management-mandatory
  • English- upper intermediate level and higher- mandatory
  • Knowledge of Employment & Labour Laws and Regulations
  • Experience in logistic and event preparations
  • Experience at least 7 years in fields above
  • Personal  skills: Highly motivated, skilled multi tasker, preforms under pressure, great interpersonal skills, client service minded, adjusted to multi-cultural work environment
