Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Issuing outgoing invoices, keep in touch with the departments within the group and subcontractors
Review, verify, and book incoming invoices, expense reports, and other accounting documents
Daily booking of bank statements
Accounts receivable management, contact with customers in case of not paid invoices
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial information flow
Support the Chief Accountant in closing activities
Assist in audits by preparing required documentation and responding to auditor queries
Participate in improving accounting processes and workflows, and automation of processes

Requirements

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

University/College degree in accounting and/or certified accountant qualification
At least 4 years’ relevant experience in accounting
Strong computer skills including MS Office applications (MS Excel)

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

Fluent Hungarian and English required
German is an advantage
