Key responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and develop new customers and market opportunities.
- Build, maintain, and expand long term customer relationships that drive business growth.
- Lead customer meetings, deliver compelling presentations, and negotiate contracts with confidence.
- Build strong operational knowledge to manage and enhance contractual relationships with existing clients.
- Recognize market trends and contribute innovative, customer focused ideas, establishing and improving customer information.
- Manage the full cycle in close collaboration with internal teams to deliver results.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transport, or B2B service sales.
- Conversational English, both written and spoken.
- Strong sales mindset with a credible, persuasive personality.
- Flexible and resilient in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Innovative, solution oriented thinking with a proactive approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive, results driven, customer focused attitude.
- Category B driving licence and willingness to travel.
