Responsibilities
- Active prospecting and acquisition of new clients within a designated geographical area
- Regular visits, communication, and maintenance of existing client relationships
- Presentation and demonstration of services directly to clients on-site
- Conducting negotiations, preparing and following up on offers
- Achieving sales and revenue targets
- Performing administrative tasks (updating the CRM system, preparing weekly reports)
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in facility management (both hard and soft FM)
- Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Precision and effective problem-solving skills
- High stress tolerance
- Positive attitude, strong organizational and communication skills
- Teamwork with both domestic and international colleagues
- Technical background
- Category B driving license
- English language skills
