Villeroy & Boch Hungary Ltd. is a member of one of the largest ceramics manufacturing groups in Europe, is looking for a Plant Controller!
Task:
- Lead and perform monthly closing, reporting, forecasts, ad hoc financial and production scenarios for local production and logistics;
- Create plant budgets and forecasts – including the lead of the local processes and organisation for production volumes, production costs, relevant KPIs, CAPEX investments, goods inventories;
- Organize the calculation and validation of materials and products standard prices and costs;
- Calculation of the new products together with the factory team and collaboration with new products development teams;
- Contributing to cost improvements with production, logistics and procurement and follow up of those projects; external and internal benchmarking;
- Share or duplicate best practices amongst internal and external operational plants or companies;
- Participate in projects to contribute to further development of production systems, integrate SAP into current processes, etc.
- Business partnering for local leading Operation Managers: for the Plant Manager, local logistics and procurement teams;
- Establish a good communication flow with other internal and external functions like R&D, Accounting, Tax, Real Estate, Legal, Auditors, Statistics, Authorities; including CSRD local data coordination and central deliveries.

Expectation:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is a must, with a Master's or certifications like CPA or CMA being highly valued;
- 3-5 years professional experience in finance & controlling positions;
- Deep understanding of financial principles; detail-oriented and organized; compliance focused;
- Fluent in English language and preferably speaks German too;
- Advanced SAP and MS Office (Excel) user;
- Self-assured and driven personality, can lead processes and projects confidently, collaborates and communicates with all business functions in a way that drives business forward.
- 3-5 years professional experience in finance & controlling positions;
- Deep understanding of financial principles; detail-oriented and organized; compliance focused;
- Fluent in English language and preferably speaks German too;
- Advanced SAP and MS Office (Excel) user;
