For our multinational client in Csongrád County we are looking for a
  • Manage the full Facility Management operation at our client's industrial site (soft FM, hard FM, security, catering etc.),
  • Manage a team of 70 employees with 5 direct riports,
  • Maintain high-level, quality relationship with the Client based on cooperation and partnership,
  • Fulfil customer demands fast and in high-quality,
  • Create customer demands, sale different extra services to the client,
  • Manage changes, multiple projects, and deadlines,
  • Secure high-quality performance of subcontractors, related control,
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations and HSE,
  • Budget responsibility, suggesting saving initiatives, keeping track of running costs,
  • Responsible for profit including providing innovative service proposals and developments, compilation of offers,
  • Responsible for reporting and KPIs.
  • Excellent managerial, people management and client management skills,
  • 2+ years in team management,
  • 2+ years in Facility Management,
  • Minimum BA / BSc degree,
  • English – negotiation level, Hungarian is a must,
  • Strong experience in budgeting and financial planning,
  • Project management experience,
  • Up-to-date knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),
  • Category B license,
  • Convincing, decided, assertive manner,
  • Customer-focus, service and solution orientation,
  • Innovative mentality, ownership approach, profit orientation!,
  • Excellent communication and diplomacy,
  • Business acumen, strong analytical skills and ability to see interrelations.
