At Raben, you’ll join a positive and supportive team where cooperation and continuous improvement drive our success. As our Facility Manager, you’ll act as the central contact for all FM activities across our branches. Your responsibilities will include managing subcontractors and budgets, overseeing maintenance, repairs, and renovations, ensuring compliance with lease contracts, and supporting the standardization of FM processes. You’ll also work closely with colleagues in infrastructural and commercial facility management at our headquarters.   • Execution, monitoring and participance in creation of FM Group Standards
  • Cost and budget responsibility (FM and utilities)
  • Management of FM subcontractors (procurement, subcontractor database creation and management, costs and quality of works verification etc.)
  • Management of technical infrastructure, services, repairs, renovations etc.
  • Execution and verification Lease contracts, (Support during lease processes, execution of Lease contract, service charge verification, etc.)
  • Standardisation of FM processes within managed facilities
  • Cooperation with colleagues in infrastructural and commercial facility management in HQ
  • Completed studies or a comparable qualification as master technician in facility management, building services engineering, utilities or electrical engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in technical facility management / in the management of several properties
  • Experience with a CAFM system
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and cost awareness as well as a structured and team-oriented way of working
  • A confident appearance towards service providers and subcontractors
  • Willingness to travel
