For our multinational client in the middle of North-East Hungary we are looking for a
  • Manage the full Facility Management operation at our client's industrial site (soft FM, hard FM, security, catering)
  • Manage a team of 50 employees with 5 direct riports
  • Maintain high-level, quality relationship with the Client based on cooperation and partnership
  • Fulfil customer demands fast and in high-quality
  • Create customer demands, sale different extra services to the client
  • Manage changes, multiple projects, and deadlines
  • Secure high-quality performance of subcontractors, related control
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations and HSE
  • Budget responsibility, suggesting saving initiatives, keeping track of running costs
  • Responsible for profit including providing innovative service proposals and developments, compilation of offers
  • Responsible for reporting and KPIs
  • Excellent managerial, people management and client management skills
  • 2+ years in team management
  • 2+ years in Facility Management
  • Minimum BA / BSc degree
  • English – negotiation level, Hungarian is a must
  • Strong experience in budgeting, financial planning
  • Project management experience
  • Up-to-date knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Category B license
  • Convincing, decided, assertive manner
  • Customer-focus, service and solution orientation
  • Innovative mentality, ownership approach, profit orientation!
  • Excellent communication and diplomacy
  • Business acumen, strong analytical skills and ability to see interrelations
