Facility Engineer

Primary Responsibilities
1、Responsible for drafting layout drawings of plant utilities including water, electricity, gas, and equipment.
2、Conduct daily inspections of facility equipment.
3、Responsible for plant energy management, including monitoring and controlling the consumption of water, electricity, and gas; managing the maintenance and upkeep of related equipment.
4、Responsible for planning and implementing modification projects related to facility systems.
5、Responsible for overseeing the daily management and maintenance of special equipment, including air compressors, power distribution rooms, chillers, elevators, overhead cranes, forklifts, etc.
6、Responsible for creating and executing Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Planned Maintenance (PM) schedules for auxiliary production equipment.
7、Perform maintenance and repairs for factory and office infrastructure.
8、Assist the Equipment and Production departments with the installation of utilities (water, electricity, gas) for new equipment.
9、Handle maintenance and annual inspections for special equipment (including cranes, pressure vessels, elevators, power distribution apparatus, etc.).
10、Complete various tasks assigned by supervisor on an ad-hoc basis.
11、Promptly address/troubleshoot emergency breakdowns of various facility utilities on the production line.
