About the position
The Inheritance Enquiry Operations team is responsible for handling inheritance inquiries from Hungarian notaries and the Hungarian National Chamber of Notaries (MOKK). Our mission is to respond to all official inquiries accurately, regularly and on time – supporting clients and authorities in a sensitive, highly regulated process. We are looking for
an External Enquiries Specialist who can handle these matters with precision, responsibility and empathy. You will work closely with the legal, compliance and back office teams to ensure that all processes comply with the relevant regulations and internal rules.

Elvárások
Main tasks
- Receiving and responding to official inquiries from the Hungarian National Chamber of Notaries and notaries, via Cégkapu / iForm and other official channels
- Complete and submit forms and templates in accordance with the law and Revolut's internal policies
- Running predefined queries to verify that the person concerned is a Revolut customer
- Performing back office operations when handling estate matters (e.g. account verification, money transfer, account closure)
- Clarifying notary inquiries and answering additional questions
- Compliance with relevant regulations, internal procedures and deadlines at all times
- Collaborate with legal, compliance and customer service teams to ensure smooth resolution of cases
- Native-level Hungarian language skills
- Intermediate English language skills (written and spoken)
- Previous customer service or administrative experience
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Precision and attention to detail
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Independent, responsible work in a regulated environment
- Confident document management and process tracking
- Team player attitude and cooperation skills
- Experience in banking, legal or public administration
- Experience in estate administration or cooperation with official bodies (e.g. notaries, chambers, ministries)
- Basic knowledge of banking backend systems or financial back office processes
