Tech People is a European provider of technical skills permanent recruitment and temporary contracting services for multiple industries.

We are now searching for a

EXPORT SALES MANAGER CEE - CONSUMER GOODS (LV)

Location: Budapest + business trips in CEE (SK, RO)

Package: competitive salary + yearly bonus + cafeteria + company car

Type of employment: employee

Main tasks:

  • Creation and execution of strategy and sales plans for accounted export markets (CEE, Slovakia, Romania);
  • Participation in the creation of marketing strategy and implementation of activities;
  • Negotiation of commercial terms;
  • New client's acquisition and development of relations with clients;
  • Execution of sales targets and budget assigned to CEE markets;
  • Co-operation in work on initiatives related to new product development and adaptations projects for export markets;
  • Development and management of field sales structure, work standards optimization;
  • Collection of market insights, trends analysis and competition monitoring;
  • Close cross–department cooperation within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Foreign Trade, Business, Economics or Marketing;
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in Export Sales, Foreign Trade, Business Development in Central and Eastern Europe (preferably FMCG, Consumer Goods, Industrial Products or Building Materials);
  • Experience in adapting strategies for different channels (Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, DIY Chains, Independent Market, B2B Distribution);
  • Fluent ENGLISH, native Hungarian and Romanian, Slovakian, Serbian or Croatian language skills is a plus;
  • LEADERSHIP skills (Sales Reps);
  • Proactive personality with “out of the box” approach;
  • Perceive change as an opportunity to grow and excel;
  • Open to regular BUSINESS TRAVEL abroad;
  • Driving license “B”
