Responsibilities

Implementation and improvement of business objects for mobile network infrastructure in backend systems up to the API layer
Development and maintenance of business objects including data models, backend logic, and APIs
Collaboration with internal stakeholders considering requirements related to external partners
Implementation of features, refinement of components, testing, and maintenance of documentation
Guidance of the team’s technical direction as team lead
Ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with overall project goals
Support of team performance through mentoring, coordination, and fostering efficient, agile development practices

Requirements

Extensive experience in Agile development methodologies and practices
Proven expertise in API integration and design
Strong background in back-end development
High proficiency in Python programming
Experience with data modelling and database design
Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior developers
Strong understanding of system architecture and scalability principles
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts
Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Nice-to-have

Knowledge of mobile network infrastructure or telecommunications domain
Familiarity with modern development tools, version control systems, and CI/CD practices
Experience with testing frameworks and quality assurance methodologies
Understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices
Experience with technical documentation and knowledge management
