Executive Housekeeper

The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction in line with Forbes and Luxury Collection standards.

• Manage and oversee daily housekeeping operations
• Ensure consistent cleanliness and maintenance standards across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Plan and optimize workforce scheduling and staffing levels
• Control departmental budgets, costs, and inventory effectively
• Ensure compliance with Forbes 5-Star and Marriott brand standards
• Analyze guest feedback and implement improvement strategies
• Lead, train, and develop the housekeeping team
• Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations
