Responsibilities
The Executive Chef leads and manages the hotel’s kitchen brigade, ensuring exceptional culinary standards across all food outlets. Responsible for menu creation, cost management, team training, and operational efficiency, the Executive Chef ensures every dish meets the highest quality standards while maintaining smooth coordination with the dining room and property operations.
Requirements
- Team Leadership & Training: Manage, motivate, and train the kitchen brigade to maintain professionalism, efficiency, and excellence.
- Menu Development: Create innovative and appealing menus aligned with the hotel’s brand and culinary vision.
- Cost & Inventory Management: Oversee food costs, ordering, and warehouse management to ensure optimal inventory control.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and verify final dishes, ensuring consistency, presentation, and adherence to standards.
- Operational Coordination: Maintain clear and effective communication with the dining room and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service.
- Kitchen Operations: Ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen operations, including preparation, plating, and timely service delivery.
