Állás leírása

Responsibilities

  • Support European and German business leaders with a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks, including email management, appointment scheduling, and tracking pending items
  • Handle end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and credit card claims
  • Prepare meeting materials proactively, draft and consolidate presentation slides, and update relevant documents
  • Manage the company fleet, including administration and coordination of vehicles
  • Lead office-related projects, from planning and vendor sourcing to execution and progress monitoring
  • Organize company events and team outings
  • Serve as the first point of contact for general calls and office reception
  • Maintain office supplies, postage, and food and beverage orders across German offices
  • Process invoices and manage vendors for fleet and general office needs

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar position, preferably at the executive level
  • Proficient with MS Office tools
  • Responsible, integral, loyal, and discreet personality
  • Precise, solution-oriented, extremely independent, and efficient ways of working
  • Enthusiasm for multicultural, international environments
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
