ESB Process Administrator

We are looking for an Extended Service Business (ESB) Process Administrator at Ford Service Customer Division Europe (FCSD-E) to help our daily administrative and monthly reconciliation related jobs but also to support our European IT system change.

The new team member will report to the Supervisor & Project Manager Ford Protect and will be working with the local and the global ESB Team, FCSD Finance, IT, Suppliers, GBS Accounting team, European National Sales Companies

RESPONSIBILITIES

Day-to-Day tasks:

  • Execute customer acceptance tests prior system change launches in the ESB Sales Front End System 
  • Execute the preparation of the European Direct Markets (EDM) ESB contracts related monthly finance reconciliation for FCSD-E ESB Finance Team 
  • Liaison with monthly invoicing external supplier
  • Execute reconciliation tasks for monthly invoicing reporting 
  • Execute the preparation of journal booking entries and subledgers for monthly invoiced contract revenue

 

Additional tasks: 

  • Participation on assigned process and project related meetings 
  • Supporting business questions by ad hoc reports using SAP based data warehouse 
  • Support new business model introductions (franchise plus, subscription and monthly invoicing etc.) 
  • Support end-to-end control and coordination of compliance activities at the FCSD-E ESB operation & liaison with Internal Control if needed  

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA degree
  • Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written
  • Advanced skills of Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word)
  • High detail accuracy 
  • Pronounced communication skills and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility, proactivity, and good assertiveness
