The company research, develops and manufactures all products exclusively in-house.Sentec earned Kununu’s Top Company award inandLearn more about us – watch our company videoERP Process SpecialistKey Tasks:Own ERP processes and master-data governance: define policies, ensure compliance with FDA, MDR, ISO, and internal standardsAct as ERP expert: configure workflows, resolve issues, implement improvements, and audit data accuracyManage master-data lifecycle across ERP/CRM (suppliers, customers, materials): creation, updates, validation, and system transfersOptimize cross-functional workflows (manufacturing, finance, logistics, sales) for efficiency and traceabilityLead data-driven projects (migrations, integrations, automation) ensuring regulatory and business requirementsEnsure accurate data flow between functions and systems; collaborate with sourcing, regulatory, quality, and financeServe as central contact for ERP and master-data topics; provide KPIs and actionable insights to managementYour Profile:Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)At least 5 years of experience in similar rolesIn-depth knowledge of ERP systems (experience with Business Central is a plus), including configuration and workflow managementFamiliarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO, MDR).Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in global, complex data environmentsStrong proficiency in Excel and data analysis toolsVery good command of English (spoken and written), German proficiency is an advantageBenefits:Meaningful activity on products that enable a personalized therapy for patientsFlat hierarchy, short decision-making processes, interdisciplinary collaborationOpportunity to contribute and develop your skills in an agile companyPolicy for unsolicited applications from recruiters and recruitment agenciesWe do not accept any unsolicited applications from recruiters or recruitment agencies without a prior written agreement between both parties.
