Equipment Manager- Debrecen

We are looking for an experienced Equipment Manager to lead the full lifecycle management of production equipment and drive maintenance excellence in a dynamic manufacturing environment. • Full lifecycle management of production equipment (installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, upgrades, and decommissioning)
• Development and execution of short- and long-term maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance)
• Professional leadership of the maintenance team, including resource planning and performance management
• Technical leadership and support of CAPEX and development projects
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of equipment failures and implementation of corrective and preventive actions
• Continuous improvement of equipment availability, OEE performance, and maintenance KPIs
• Optimization of spare parts management and maintenance cost control
• Professional coordination of external service providers and suppliers
• Close cooperation with Production, Quality, Engineering, and EHS departments
• Ensuring compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and internal policies

• University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or other relevant technical field)
• Several years of relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably in equipment management or maintenance
• Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Project management mindset

• Experience in EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) within an industrial environment
• EHS-related qualification or certification
• Knowledge of TPM / Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience with automation and Industry 4.0 systems
• Experience in greenfield investment
• Chinese language knowledge
