3-4 years experience in proven record of analytical job experience
Upper-intermediate English knowledge

WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT

Reporting into Hungarian Quality Operations Team, which reports into CE Quality dept., you will be responsible for managing and processing agenda of Environmental fees for packaging and other types of waste end to end with primary focus on Hungarian envi fees calculations.

Gathering all product data (e.g. packaging type and weights) from Suppliers,Tesco Sourcing hubs or using external agencies
Calculating Environmental fees using various reports from Tesco systems combined with Product information data, primarily for Tesco Hungary
Providing accurate and timely Envi fees report to Hungarian Government agencies authorized to Environmental fees agenda (e.g. MOHU)
Monitoring and implementing new legislation and requirements from Government agencies in CE into our business processes and IT systems
Engaging and influencing key business stakeholders in my area
Coaching and supporting of stakeholders and colleagues from other CE Quality OPS teams
Driving improvements in Environmental fees agenda - development of IT systems, simplification of processes, alignment with other Tesco CE businesses
Acting as consult on Envi fess (where applicable) for the wider CE business and Tesco UK
Utilizing the CE Quality packaging IT system, monitoring supplier performance and quality of data, taking action for continuous improvement in quality and compliance of the data
Reporting KPIs and updates to the business stakeholders on required frequency
