Responsibilities

Your tasks

Responsible for the production of appetizers and the creation of various themed buffets
Independent management of the station
Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste of all dishes.
Maintain proper food handling, hygiene, and safety standards.
Assist other kitchen stations as needed.
Manage inventory and minimize food waste within the station.

Requirements

Your profile

Completed apprenticeship or vocational training as a chef (EFZ)
Completed training in hospitality or gastronom
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star luxury hotel / Palace.
Good German and/or English language skills
Creative personality with a passion for the profession
Responsible and possesses excellent interpersonal skills
