Enterprise Solutions Engineer

We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Engineer who owns customer outcomes end-to-end. You work independently, are passionate about solving customer problems, and actively influence product definition, development, and testing.

What you'll do:
- Own discovery, design, implementation, and adoption of Turbo solutions for enterprise customers
- Analyze application portfolios and deployment requirements; package and containerize applications with Turbo Studio; build, test, and ship reliable containers
- Reproduce, diagnose, and resolve complex app compatibility and deployment issues
- Turn customer problems into actionable product work: write clear repros, validate fixes, and test builds
- Automate workflows to reduce manual work and accelerate delivery
- Produce concise documentation (packaging steps, test results, troubleshooting guides)
- Manage multiple enterprise engagements independently; plan your week, communicate status, and escalate early when needed
