As an Enterprise Key Account Manager, you will own and develop strategic, high-value institutional and enterprise accounts, acting as the primary commercial and relationship owner. You will operate in a regulated, technology-driven environment, managing long-term contracts, renewals, expansions and complex stakeholder landscapes. This is a medior-level role, designed for professionals who already understand enterprise sales dynamics and want to grow further in a high-trust, high-impact environment. This is a newly created role, reflecting Netlock’s ambitious expansion strategy. You will join the company at a pivotal building phase, with the opportunity to help shape how we engage with strategic customers in environments where security, compliance, and long-term reliability are mission-critical.

  • You will be part of a young, supportive, and dynamic team where junior and more experienced colleagues collaborate closely, support each other, and openly share their knowledge and experience.
  • You will work in a modern technology environment where you can freely use the latest tools, technologies, and AI-driven solutions to support your work and drive innovation.
  • To make your workdays more enjoyable, we provide unlimited coffee so you can recharge during breaks and informal moments with your colleagues.
  • We offer a competitive and above-market salary that reflects your expertise, performance, and the energy you invest in your work.
  • In addition to competitive base benefits, after successfully completing your probation period you will also receive a high-value cafeteria benefits package that can be flexibly tailored to your personal needs and lifestyle.
  • The health and well-being of our employees is important to us, which is why after your probation period we provide a comprehensive private health insurance package, allowing you to focus on your work while feeling secure in your everyday life.
  • In this role, you can expect a high degree of autonomy, giving space for initiative and ownership, while also offering opportunities for rapid professional growth and continuous learning.
  • Owning assigned enterprise and institutional key accounts end-to-end, while developing and executing account strategies focused on long-term revenue growth.
  • Identifying and realizing upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Netlock’s portfolio (signatures, timestamps, trust services, NCS), and maintaining strong executive-level relationships within client organizations.
  • Leading complex contract renewals and renegotiations, including pricing, scope, SLAs, and regulatory considerations, while coordinating internal pricing and cost inputs to ensure commercially sound proposals.
  • Supporting forecast accuracy and long-term revenue planning through structured commercial input.
  • Acting as the single commercial point of contact for customers, while coordinating closely with internal teams (product owners, compliance, legal, operations) to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Managing escalations and ensuring customer satisfaction in mission-critical environments.
  • Working confidently in regulated industries (financial services, insurance, public sector), while understanding and communicating trust, compliance, and security value propositions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Supporting customers during audits, regulatory changes, and compliance-driven transitions.
  • Maintaining accurate account, opportunity, and activity data in Salesforce, while providing structured input for pipeline reviews, forecasting, and management reporting.
  • Yous have 2–4 years of experience in Key Account Management or Enterprise Sales, with a proven track record managing large, complex customers (enterprise, institutional, ideally in regulated industries).
  • You are experienced in navigating long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making environments.
  • You demonstrate strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust at different organizational levels.
  • You can translate complex technology solutions into clear business value for non-technical audiences.
  • You think in a structured and analytical way, with strong commercial awareness and decision-making capability.
  • You take ownership of your work, with a high level of accountability and responsibility.
  • You feel comfortable working in ambiguous situations and regulated environments, and can adapt to changing requirements.
  • You have native-level proficiency in Hungarian.
  • You have experience in IT, cybersecurity, fintech, trust services or compliance-heavy industries.
  • You are familiar with public procurement or framework agreements.
  • You have experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
