Feladatok

Lead and manage product development projects with a focus on cost, timing and quality.
Coordinate development activities using agile methods and PlanView.
Drive continuous improvement of the product development process with cross‑functional teams.
Oversee design and development work, including technical evaluations and 3D verification.
Ensure compliance with internal and external standards and safety regulations.
Conduct risk assessments and feasibility studies with Industrial Engineering.
Support prototype design, manufacturing, series introduction and training at production sites.
Manage series maintenance, modifications and value analyses for Product Owners.
Provide technical guidance to other departments and review external design plans.
Monitor production from an economic perspective and participate in audits, including follow‑up actions.
Coordinate with technical teams in Tata, Sibiu and FFB.
Prepare technical documentation and instructions.
Is obliged to comply with the European General Product Safety Regulation
