Responsibilities

Leading AI-first software development efforts
Hands-on coding and code review
Owning day-to-day delivery of product roadmap
Building and leading a high-performance engineering team
Ensuring security-first quality standards
Raising engineering velocity through process improvements
Partnering cross-functionally with product, design, and security teams

Requirements

Experience with full agentic AI-powered software development lifecycle
Technical ownership and execution mentoring
5+ years software engineering experience
3+ years engineering leadership experience
Strong software engineering fundamentals
Experience with on-premises deployed products
High quality and test discipline

Nice-to-have

Domain familiarity with email communication and protocols
Familiarity with cloud services integration (M365, Google Workspace)
Experience with .NET Core / C# ecosystem
Experience writing AI context files for architecture and safety
Familiarity with AI in CI/CD pipelines
