Building and leading high-performing engineering teams
Driving excellence in recruitment, onboarding, coaching and mentoring

Being an active part of the cross-functional leadership team
Collaborating closely with product and architecture counterparts to support product and technical goals
Collaborating with other engineering leaders across the organisation to share knowledge and improve cooperation
Taking accountability for the delivery of teams in terms of quality and time
Advocating and advancing modern agile software development practices
Driving technical excellence across the teams
Ensuring performance and stability
Championing technical initiatives for consideration in the development roadmap

Requirements

Experience in building and leading high performing engineering teams
Passion for developing people and delivering products that customers will love
Extensive experience developing mobile apps for iOS and/or Android
High knowledge of modern agile software development practices and their implementation at scale
Care about application performance and reliability
Strong organisational and project management skills
Excellent communication skills with professional working proficiency in English

Prior experience in the gaming industry
