Responsibilities

Drive commercial delivery of next-generation tracking products through field trials and commercial launch
Shape agentic development culture around AI-delegation and AI-augmentation models
Set high-bar development plans and lead hiring for engineering roles
Streamline delivery and process with managed backlogs, sprint plans, and execution roadmaps
Provide people leadership and growth through line-management and mentoring
Bridge product and engineering by partnering on architecture, sequencing, and continuous delivery

Requirements

Proven technical leadership with track record of leading engineering teams through continuous delivery and structured execution
Full-stack and platform engineering mastery including data pipelines and edge-to-cloud compute architecture
Deep practical experience with AI-assisted and agentic development tools at scale
Strong product and commercial mindset with ownership and commercial drive
Empathetic and growth-oriented people-centric leadership style
