Responsibilities

Drive commercial delivery of next-generation tracking products through field trials and full commercial launch
Shape agentic development culture by organizing development around AI-delegation and AI-augmentation models
Set the bar and hire talent with proven fluency in agentic development at scale
Streamline delivery and process by turning product vision into managed backlogs, sprint plans, and execution roadmaps
Provide people leadership and growth by line-managing senior engineers and mentoring engineers into 10x ways of working
Bridge product and engineering by partnering closely with Product Leadership and the squad's Technical Authority on architecture, sequencing, and continuous delivery

Requirements

Proven technical leadership with a track record leading engineering teams to success through continuous delivery and structured execution
Full-stack and platform mastery including full-stack development, data pipelines, and edge-to-cloud compute architecture
Agentic AI fluency with deep, practical experience using AI-assisted and agentic development tools as default workflow
Product and commercial mindset with a strong balance between engineering excellence and business impact
People-centric leadership with an empathetic, growth-oriented style
