Responsibilities

Leading a Core Modelling team building the foundational CAD engine
Regularly reviewing and challenging engineering design documents
Building and mentoring a high-performing engineering team
Contributing to strategic planning and execution as part of the Engineering Leadership Team
Acting as a role model and championing leadership behaviors
Cultivating a motivated, high-achieving team culture

Requirements

Proven experience as a Software Engineering Manager or Development Lead for a C++ team
Deep understanding of software engineering fundamentals including computer architecture, operating systems, computer science, and algorithms
Track record of building and scaling high-quality, high-throughput engineering teams
Hands-on C++ development experience
Product-first mindset driven by user needs and data
Commitment to continuous learning and ownership
