Responsibilities

Review and challenge engineering design documents
Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team
Contribute to strategic planning and execution as part of the Engineering Leadership Team
Champion leadership behaviors and cultivate a motivated, high-achieving team culture

Requirements

Proven experience as a software engineering manager or development lead for a C++ team
Deep understanding of software engineering fundamentals including computer architecture, operating systems, computer science, and algorithms
Track record of building and scaling high-quality, high-throughput engineering teams
Hands-on C++ development experience
Product-first mindset driven by user needs and data
Commitment to continuous learning and ownership
