Collaborating with product and architecture counterparts to support product and technical goals

Driving technical excellence across teams
Ensuring performance and stability
Championing technical initiatives for development roadmap consideration

Requirements

Experience in building and leading high performing engineering teams
Passion for developing people and delivering products that customers will love
Extensive experience developing mobile apps for iOS and/or Android
Knowledge of modern agile software development practices and implementation at scale
Care about application performance and reliability
Strong organisational and project management skills
Excellent communication skills with professional working proficiency in English
