Responsibilities
Take ownership of internal and external relationships
Oversee delivery of data and AI consulting projects
Serve as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders
Oversee small and medium-sized engagements end-to-end
Collaborate closely with clients and sales and delivery teams to drive measurable value
Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders
Gather and action customer feedback to improve service quality
Participate in preparing project kickoffs to set expectations and define success
Cooperate with project managers to oversee delivery excellence and maximize customer outcomes
Track, analyze, and report on key sales metrics to support strategic decision-making
Provide regular updates on project status and financial performance
Identify opportunities to expand accounts and coordinate with sales
Translate pre-sales insights into actionable delivery plans
Facilitate cross-functional alignment and knowledge sharing
Contribute to refining internal methodologies and best practices
Maintain accurate project and opportunity data in CRM

Requirements
3–5 years of experience in consulting, client engagement, account management, or delivery management in IT, data, or technology services
Proactive problem-solving skills
Strong client-facing skills managing multiple stakeholders
Understanding of project-level financials and ability to report on performance metrics
Familiarity with scoping, planning, and overseeing delivery of technology or data-related projects
Analytical mindset to interpret business metrics and identify improvement opportunities
Skilled in cross-team collaboration across sales and delivery
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Flexibility to balance multiple accounts, manage changing priorities, and occasionally travel
Proactive problem-solving skills
Strong client-facing skills managing multiple stakeholders
Understanding of project-level financials and ability to report on performance metrics
Familiarity with scoping, planning, and overseeing delivery of technology or data-related projects
Analytical mindset to interpret business metrics and identify improvement opportunities
