Responsibilities
Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction and proactive issue resolution
Gather and action customer feedback to continuously improve service quality
Participate in preparing project kickoffs to set clear expectations and define success
Co-operate with project managers related to ongoing projects to oversee delivery excellence, maximize customer outcomes, and safeguard commercial performance
Track, analyze, and report on key Sales metrics (revenue, backlog, project health, CSAT) to support strategic decision-making
Provide regular updates on project status and financial performance to stakeholders
Identify opportunities to expand accounts by spotting unmet needs and coordinating with sales
Translate pre-sales insights into actionable delivery plans
Facilitate cross-functional alignment (sales, delivery, leadership) and knowledge sharing
Contribute to refining internal methodologies and best practices based on lessons learned from post-engagement reviews
Maintain accurate project and opportunity data in the CRM system, including stages and projected close dates

Requirements
3–5 years of experience in consulting, client engagement, account management, or delivery management in IT, data, or technology services
Proactive in addressing challenges, removing roadblocks, and developing practical solutions to ensure project and client success
Strong ability to manage and grow client relationships, with proven experience handling multiple stakeholders
Understanding of project-level financials (bookings, revenue, backlog, profitability) and ability to report on performance metrics
Familiarity with scoping, planning, and overseeing delivery of technology or data-related projects
Ability to interpret business metrics, client feedback, and delivery outcomes to identify improvement opportunities
Skilled in working across sales and delivery teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Comfortable balancing multiple accounts, managing changing priorities, and occasionally traveling
Proactive in addressing challenges, removing roadblocks, and developing practical solutions to ensure project and client success
Strong ability to manage and grow client relationships, with proven experience handling multiple stakeholders
Understanding of project-level financials (bookings, revenue, backlog, profitability) and ability to report on performance metrics
Familiarity with scoping, planning, and overseeing delivery of technology or data-related projects
Ability to interpret business metrics, client feedback, and delivery outcomes to identify improvement opportunities
