Állás leírása

Responsibilities

Handle emergency response calls daily and provide clear, empathetic communication while redirecting calls to the appropriate teams.
Provide empathetic, accurate, and reassuring information during high-stress moments, ensuring callers feel heard and supported while waiting to be transferred.
Provide top-tier customer service and support to all students and parental guardians who reach out for support during urgent situations.
Log all calls, key details, and actions taken in real time to maintain clear records and support incident follow-up and reporting.
Follow all EF emergency response procedures and escalation protocols, ensuring consistent and compliant handling of every interaction.

Requirements

Full Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
Full Fluency in Italian (reading, writing, speaking)
All additional languages are a plus
Someone who is approachable, friendly, and handles challenges with positivity
Solution Oriented and able to provide calm support to those in distress
Experience living, working, or studying abroad is a plus
Experience with Salesforce is a plus
Full working rights in Hungary

What we offer

Full-Time position
On-site work in Budapest, Hungary
Contracts starting from beginning of June till end of August 2026
Potential mandatory training dates before start may be required
Rotational schedule to cover the emergency phone 24/7 including weekend shifts
