Responsibilities

Supporting new business development and client relationship activities
Qualifying inbound leads and identifying potential opportunities
Assisting with the preparation of proposals, contracts and client presentations
Coordinating across internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requests
Responding to client inquiries regarding MSCI products, data and methodologies
Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, opportunities and sales activities
Supporting the management of custom index opportunities from initial inquiry through delivery
Conducting market and client research to identify business opportunities
Assisting with pricing, commercial analysis and contract preparation
Gathering client feedback and sharing market insights with internal stakeholders
Supporting sales campaigns and outreach initiatives across the EMEA region
Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance client experience
Collaborating across global teams to support business objectives

Requirements

2–5 years of professional experience in sales support, client service, financial services or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related discipline
Strong interest in financial markets, investment products and institutional investing
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Fluency in English
