Responsibilities

Support new business development and client relationship activities
Qualify inbound leads and identify potential opportunities
Assist with preparation of proposals, contracts and client presentations
Coordinate across internal teams for timely delivery of client requests
Respond to client inquiries regarding MSCI products, data and methodologies
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities and sales activities
Support management of custom index opportunities from initial inquiry through delivery
Conduct market and client research to identify business opportunities
Assist with pricing, commercial analysis and contract preparation
Gather client feedback and share market insights with internal stakeholders
Support sales campaigns and outreach initiatives across the EMEA region
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance client experience
Collaborate across global teams to support business objectives

Requirements

2–5 years of professional experience in sales support, client service, financial services or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related discipline
Strong interest in financial markets, investment products and institutional investing
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
Self-motivation with ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Fluency in English

CFA certification
FRM certification
