Responsibilities

Integration of self-driving software into embedded systems running QNX or Linux
Building and customizing vendor Board Support Package (BSP) for self-driving stack, vehicle system and test infrastructure
Building custom embedded Linux with Yocto project
Porting self-driving software to new platforms
Integrating and adapting ADAS sensors and communication interfaces to platform-specific OS and hardware
Supporting aiDrive teams in platform-specific development activities

Requirements

Experience in developing software for embedded OS (QNX or Linux)
Knowledge of embedded system architectures
Knowledge of embedded build systems (Make, CMake, Yocto)
Strong C++ or C programming skills
Experience in software development tools (Git, GitHub/GitLab, Docker, GDB)
Hands on experience with sensors and communication interfaces
3+ years of experience in the field
Ability to cooperate and work efficiently in a team
Critical and systematic thinking, problem solving mindset, precision
Good verbal and written command of English

Nice-to-have

Experience with QNX and in-depth knowledge of its system architecture
Experience with Linux kernel and driver development
Experience with microcontrollers
Hands on experience in performance profiling and optimization
Experience in developing safety critical or real-time systems
Experience in working with international teams
