Responsibilities

Plan and execute email campaigns (news, updates, automation flows) for all product lines.
Work with Mailchimp, Instantly, Zoho CRM, and other automation tools.
Analyze metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions).
Monitor deliverability and domain warm-up.
Support webinar infrastructure (Zoom, Zoho Meeting) and integrate with CRM.
Prepare reports and hypotheses for strategy optimization.
Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and industry best practices.
Develop email strategies and test hypotheses.
Segment target audiences in CRM and set up complex email sequences.
Analyze statistics, identify trends, and generate data-based hypotheses.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in email marketing (preferably B2B/IT).
Proficiency with Mailchimp, Instantly, Zoho CRM or equivalents (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
Strong understanding of metrics, lead generation funnels, and deliverability principles.
Experience integrating CRM systems and webinar platforms.
Basic HTML/CSS skills.
English — B2+ (spoken and written).
Plus: Mailchimp/Zoho certifications, experience with cold outreach.
