- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across engineering and production
- Contribute to continuous improvement of our electrical design concepts and methods
Requirements
We believe you have:

- Knowledge of relevant EU machinery directives and electrical standards
- A structured way of working and the ability to take responsibility from concept through to final solution
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
Experience from international projects, custom machines, or aerospace/advanced manufacturing is an advantage but no requirement.
What we offer
The position is formally based at our headquarters in Kalmar, Sweden, and our clear preference is that you are willing to relocate and become part of our on-site team.
However, the most important factor for us is finding the right expert.
If you are based in Germany, we are open to a flexible arrangement, provided that:
- you are able and willing to travel to Sweden regularly, and
- you can spend time on site in Kalmar when needed for design reviews, testing, and close collaboration with the team.
The exact travel and on-site setup will be agreed together based on project needs.
