Responsibilities

  • Responds to price, availability & technical inquiries. Provides properly designed technical specifications towards customers.
  • Provides technical support to customers on electrified products of DANA with regards to possible alternatives within DANA product range, provides solution for any technical question to inquiries or to delivered products – with co-operation of the relevant DANA engineering team
  • Answers customer incoming calls/chat/emails
  • Handles claims and returns, changes to existing orders based on client’s requirements
  • Enters orders into ERP system
  • Works with sales, accounting and product management  to resolve debits, credits, and warranty related issues
  • Schedules and executes shipments in cooperation with logistics, customers and forwarders
  • Handles document requests and export documentation
  • Maintain customer service related master data
  • Participates on occasional EV related projects upon need;
  • Cooperate with the related operational teams to supply the highest standard of customer reaction
  • Performs all other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Advanced English, German language is a plus.
  • Minimum Education (Profession / Specialty): Bachelor's degree in Engineering & or Administration
  • Basic electrified engineering knowledge, willingness to acquire electrified technical details
  • Required Experience (Years and Areas): Minimum of 2 years in customer service and/or engineering
  • Analysis and solution of problems and decision making
  • Conflict management and resolution
  • High customer focus
  • Experience with CRM Sales Force system or SAP as a plus.

Exceed the needs of our EV customer group (low voltage / high voltage) by promptly responding to incoming inquiries. Provides proactive needs technical analysis to exceed customer expectations. Perform investigation to determine root cause for process improvements. Support the recovery actions on customer claims.
